ZKAuth / Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZKAuth engine, SDKs, and the ZKAuth Developer Platform.
ZKAuth is currently under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice. The service is provided for evaluation and development purposes and is not yet intended for high‑risk or safety‑critical production workloads.
You agree to use ZKAuth only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable data‑protection and privacy laws. You are responsible for how you integrate and expose ZKAuth functionality in your own applications.
ZKAuth is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error‑free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZKAuth and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service or SDKs.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page. Your continued use of ZKAuth after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
